20-Year 12-Gauge Frame Rust-Through Warranty.
When warranty requirements are met, 12-gauge framing is eligible for up to 20 years of rust-through protection. The warranty is intended for qualifying rust-through, not cosmetic surface rust or damage caused by misuse, exposure or lack of maintenance.
What to know
Coverage & responsibilities
✓Wash the building periodically.
✓Keep leaves, debris, soil, mulch, fertilizer and chemicals away from the frame.
✓Prevent standing water from sitting against frame components.
✓Avoid harsh chemicals, salt exposure and corrosive materials.
✓Do not cut, drill, weld, move or modify frame components without written approval.
✓Report issues promptly for inspection.
